dLocal is looking for a System Administrator to join their Service Desk team, where they will be responsible for resolving escalated issues, managing SAAS applications, implementing automations, integrating new applications in Azure Active Directory, and maintaining detailed documentation.
Requisitos
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software and hardware
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in AzureAD, Jamf, Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine, Jira, and network troubleshooting
