As an Incident Management Analyst at dLocal, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving incidents within IT services, driving critical incident service impacts to expedient resolution, and enhancing incident management processes.
Requisitos
- 3-5 years’ experience in incident management analyst role
- Root cause & postmortem expertise
- Background in Software Development/Automation
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English Speaker
