We are seeking motivated and proactive professionals with strong engineering backgrounds and a passion for supporting digital technologies in industrial environments. As an Analyst/Consultant in digital operations, you will work closely with senior leadership to define and deliver solutions that enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency across technical and non-technical teams.

**Key responsibilities include:**- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives that improve collaboration and process integration across engineering, operations, and support teams.

- Develop and implement solutions for user access management, software configuration, email systems, and general IT support.

- Provide hands-on support for end users, resolving technical issues related to digital tools, systems access, and data handling.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT—to ensure seamless communication and technology adoption.

- Support the integration of digital workflows and documentation practices to ensure traceability, consistency, and compliance.

- Enable continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, standardize support procedures, and enhance user training.

- Co-develop use cases and support materials that promote efficient use of digital tools and foster innovation in day-to-day operations.

- Facilitate collaboration across distributed teams by supporting remote access, virtual environments, and shared digital platforms.

**Additional responsibilities (as needed):**- Assist in proposal development and contribute to the organization’s digital support strategy.

- Support onboarding and training of new team members in the use of enterprise tools and support systems.

- Collaborate with management on project planning, resource estimation, and support structure design.

**Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting digital technology solutions across mid to large-scale industrial or manufacturing environments.

- Proficiency in managing user access, configuring enterprise software, and supporting end-user tools such as email platforms, virtual desktops, and collaboration systems.

- Strong background in supporting digital workflows, including document management, change tracking, and structured data handling.

- Familiarity with digital manufacturing tools and platforms used for simulation, visualization, and process optimization.

- Experience integrating digital systems with operational platforms such as ERP, MES, or cloud-based services to ensure data consistency and process alignment.

- Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional teams—including engineering, operations, and IT—by resolving technical issues and enabling efficient use of digital tools.

- Knowledge of best practices in digital support, including user training, documentation, and continuous improvement of support processes.

- Strong project coordination skills and a track record of contributing to technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives.

- Awareness of emerging technologies such as cloud-based infrastructure, generative AI, and low-code/no-code platforms for enhancing user support and automation.

- Ability to work in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments and support geographically distributed teams through digital collaboration tools

- Bilingual: Native Spanish, fluent English.
