Connector Support Engineer

Role Purpose The Analyst will contribute to the development and maintenance of backend services and integration pipelines that connect internal systems and external platforms. This role involves working with modern cloud-native technologies to ensure reliable, scalable, and observable infrastructure across enterprise environments. \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Key Responsibilities Develop backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI, ensuring performance and maintainability. Containerize and manage applications using Docker; deploy and orchestrate using Kubernetes (preferred). Design and troubleshoot RESTful APIs for system integration and data exchange. Apply Linux knowledge for environment setup and system-level troubleshooting. Monitor cloud-managed infrastructure using tools like AWS CloudWatch and Azure Monitor (preferred). Support and optimize data workflows using Databricks or Stonebranch (preferred). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operational reliability. \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Preferred Skills & Experience Strong experience with Python and FastAPI for backend development. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (Kubernetes preferred). Proficiency in Linux environments. Understanding of cloud monitoring tools like CloudWatch and Azure Monitor. Exposure to Databricks or Stonebranch for data automation and orchestration. Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
