- **Entry level position:** Newly graduated students are welcome to apply (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical Engineering)

- **Strong foundational knowledge in at least one programming language:** (e.g., Java, Python, C#, C++, C). Good understanding of programming concepts such as variables, control structures, loops and functions. Familiar with the software design and development process. Nice-to-have: experience with Object Oriented Programming concepts, experience in ABAP.

- **Good understanding of SQL basics:** Familiarity with basic SQL concepts such as queries, joins, and CRUD operations. Nice-to-have: experience with database design basics.

- **Logical reasoning:** Strong analytics skills and logical approach to problem-solving. Able to break down problems into manageable components.

- **Effective communication skills:** Candidates should be comfortable asking questions, actively participating in group discussions and collaborative projects. Good written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.

- **Advanced English:** (spoken and written)

- Candidates must live in Monterrey or its surrounding area. Part of the trainings will be conducted from the Monterrey office, with an expectation to be in-office at least 3 times per week.

**Responsibilities:**

- Write and maintain ABAP programs, reports and interfaces based on specifications provided by functional analysts.

- Identify and resolve bugs in existing code, as well as testing new developments to ensure they function correctly.

- Work closely with functional teams, business analysts.
