**Must-have Skills**

- At least 5 years of experience working with Golang.

- Databases: Strong SQL expertise for optimization and performance tuning. NoSQL knowledge is a plus but not essential.

- Advanced English

- CI/CD: Deep understanding of continuous delivery and integration practices, regardless of the specific tool.

- Communication: Clear, structured communicator who can explain technical topics effectively.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**

- AI Tooling Proficiency: Use one or more AI tools to optimize day-to-day work (drafting, analysis, research, or process automation), recommend effective use, and spot workflow streamlining opportunities.
