ROLE: RPA SR/SD

**Technical Skills**

RPA Tools UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blueprism (Atleast any two)

Programming Languages .NET, C#, VB, Python, and any other Object-Oriented Programming language

Web Technologies REST API, XML, JSON

Scripting Languages PowerShell, VBScript, JavaScript, Excel Macros, etc

Operating System Windows

Versioning Tool SVN, GIT (Any would work)

MUST HAVE

- Experience in RPA in WEB App, Windows App, ERP, Banking, Finance domains, etc

- 5+ years of IT experience preferably with Microsoft and 2 years in leading teams.

- Should have in-depth knowledge of RPA Blue Prism / UiPath / Automation Anywhere tool across and have

a broad knowledge of RPA tool capabilities

- Must have excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills and be able to prioritize and

deliver the most important things first.

- Must have worked and participated in creating an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) with well-defined roles

and responsibilities

- Hands-on exposure to defining the enterprise-level processes and automating strategies

- Should have managed BOT lifecycle including development, UAT and then putting them into production

- Should have participated in supporting the production BOT by continuous monitoring and reporting

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

- Work with internal/external process owners/SMEs to perform RPA Opportunity analysis and recommend

Automation solutions

- Create architecture blueprints and solution design artifacts in technology consulting engagements. Very

good at providing solutions to complex problems, architecting challenging projects, good design

capabilities, excellent review capabilities, and hands-on technical personnel

- Analyze the business process and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility

- Analyzing, understanding, and documenting the business processes in detail where required.

- Perform Proof of Concept (PoCs) using leading RPA tools and establish proof of technology

- Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.

- Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation
