We seek a SAP Tech Manager, Expert-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed

- Advanced experience in SAP SuccessFactors (SSFF) / HCM solutions.

- Strong background in SAP SuccessFactors consulting, working with clients and cross-functional teams.

- Specialist profile in implementation, support, and evolution of SSFF/HCM solutions.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Upper Intermediate level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and technical contexts.

Tasks and Main Responsibilities

- Lead the technical team: Guide and mentor technical consultants and developers, promoting best practices, solving complex issues, and ensuring high team performance.

- Architecture definition: Design and validate the technical architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure integrations with other systems.

- Project and platform management: Plan and lead upgrades, migrations, and technical implementations, while overseeing the ongoing maintenance of SAP platforms to ensure stability, performance, and availability.

- Technical strategy: Act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, defining a technical roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

- Support and continuous improvement: Identify optimization opportunities, propose technical enhancements, and support the ongoing evolution of the platform in productive environments.
