We are looking for a

**Staff Software Engineer with strong VueJS expertise and Healthcare industry experience**

to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance fullstack applications.

In this role, you will act as a

**technical leader**

, driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high-quality delivery across both frontend and backend systems. You will play a key role in building solutions that meet

**healthcare standards, regulatory requirements, and high-availability demands**

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of

**scalable fullstack applications**

using modern frameworks and best practices.

- Act as a

**technical authority**

in frontend development using Vue.js and backend services using Node.js and Java-based frameworks.

- Design and build solutions aligned with

**healthcare industry standards**

, ensuring compliance, security, and data privacy.

- Define and promote

**engineering best practices**

, including code quality, testing, and maintainability.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

- Architect and implement

**microservices-based systems**

with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.

- Mentor and guide other engineers through

**code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching**

- Contribute to

**CI/CD pipelines**

, deployment strategies, and infrastructure improvements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

Must-have Skills

- **Bachelor’s Degree**

in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- **8+ years of experience**

in software engineering, with strong fullstack development expertise.

- **Advanced English level**

(written and spoken).

- **Proven experience working in the Healthcare industry**

, building or supporting systems with regulatory, security, and compliance considerations (e.g., HIPAA or similar frameworks).

Frontend

- Strong experience with

**Vue 3**

and modern frontend architecture.

- Proficiency in

**Vuetify**

**TypeScript**

**Node.js**

- Experience building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance UI applications.

Backend

- Strong experience with

**Node.js**

**NestJS**

- Solid experience with

- Experience designing and building

**RESTful APIs and microservices architectures**

- **AI Tooling Proficiency:**

Cloud & Infrastructure
