**Principal Software Engineer (Fullstack) - Technical Lead**

is looking for a highly skilled and experienced

**Principal Software Engineer (SWE 6)**

with a strong focus on

**Fullstack**

development and

**Technical Leadership**

. This role is a blend of deep technical expertise, team management, and client relationship skills, serving as a trusted advisor to internal teams and client stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Technical Leadership:**

Lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to build and evolve complex, cloud-native solutions.

- **Architecture & Design:**

Lead the architecture and implementation of highly available, scalable distributed systems while defining technical standards and engineering best practices.

- **AI Integration:**

Build and operate AI-powered features or integrate AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code) into development workflows to accelerate the SDLC.

- **Stakeholder Partnership:**

Partner with Product, Data, and Security teams to translate business and regulatory requirements (e.g.,

**HIPAA**

, SOC 2) into technical strategies.

- **Mentorship:**

Provide technical leadership across multiple "Pods" through mentoring, code reviews, and design reviews.

- **Client Engagement:**

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders, leading workshops and executive briefings.

**Required Skills and Experience**

**Professional Experience**

- **8-12+ years**

of software engineering experience.

- **3-5+ years**

at a Staff or Principal level.

- Proven track record of designing and operating

**enterprise-scale, multi-tenant SaaS systems**

.

- Experience influencing technical strategy at an organizational or enterprise level.

**Technical Proficiencies**

- **Backend:**

Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Go, Node.js, Kotlin, or C#.

- **APIs & Architecture:**

Expertise in RESTful/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture (Kafka, SQS).

- **Frontend:**

Advanced experience with React, Angular, TypeScript, and scalable frontend architecture.

- **Data:**

Solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.

- **Cloud & DevOps:**

Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

**Domain Knowledge**

- Experience in the

**Healthcare industry**

.

- Experience building on or integrating with platforms like

**Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), or Medidata**

.

**Core Competencies**
