Flutter Developer- CDMX

At Globant, we are looking for a

**Flutter Engineer**

to join our Mobile Studio. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building high-quality, scalable mobile applications and driving technical decisions across cross-platform environments.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing mobile solutions, collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams.

**What You Will Do**

- Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

- Define and implement scalable architectures and state management solutions.

- Build reusable components, custom widgets, and clean UI implementations.

- Integrate mobile applications with backend services (REST APIs, GraphQL).

- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.

- Participate in code reviews and technical decision-making.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

- Ensure high-quality code through testing and best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering excellence.

- Support release processes (App Store / Google Play).

**What We Are Looking For**

**Must Have**

- 3+ years of experience in mobile development.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.

- Strong knowledge of:

- Flutter SDK

- State management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.)

- Mobile architectures and design patterns

- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.

- Strong understanding of:

- Performance optimization

- Debugging and troubleshooting

- Experience building and releasing apps to App Store and Google Play.

- Proficiency with Git and Agile methodologies.

- Strong communication skills and ownership mindset.

- Basic English level (A2 or higher) – ability to read technical documentation and communicate simple ideas.

**Nice to Have**

- Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications).

- Knowledge of native development (Android/iOS).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with animations and complex UI interactions.
