Your Responsibilities:

- Conduct Spanish chat-based conversations with potential inbound leads - Use our scripts as a foundation, but adapt your approach to the needs of each customer - Ensure a high-quality customer experience and build long-term relationships

Your Profile:

- Proven success in chat-based sales or comparable sales experience, at least 2 years - Fluent Spanish for client communication and good level of English for internal coordination - Ability to manage multiple customer interactions at the same time - Forex trading knowledge is mandatory - A self-starter personality with responsibility and the ability to work independently
